The following terms and conditions apply to our offers of places in publicly advertised courses, and must be accepted by anyone wishing to enrol in those courses.

• Registrations will be considered in strict order of receipt and places in the class will be allocated in that order depending upon availability of places.
• Places will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Clarkson ITT Pty Limited retains the sole discretion as to whether or not an enrolment application will be accepted.
• Should you need to cancel a booking, the following terms apply:
  • A full refund will be given provided we are advised in writing at least one calendar month before the advertised course commencement date.
  • Cancellations in writing received after that date but up to fifteen (15) days before the advertised course commencement date will incur an administrative fee of fifty per cent (50%) of the fee applicable at the time of enrolment.
  • No refunds are available for notice received less than fifteen (15) days prior to advertised course commencement date.  However, you may substitute another participant.
  • You may substitute another participant up to the start of the course with our agreement without penalty.
  • Refunds will be paid within 15 business days after the date when written advice was received.
• If you do not attend a course and have not advised us in writing before the start of the course, the full registration fee will apply.
• Clarkson ITT Pty Limited reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule the course if circumstances necessitate.  In that event Clarkson ITT will make every effort to advise you prior to the change using the contact details provided.  In the event of a cancellation of the course, a full refund of the registration fees received will be paid within fifteen (15) business days of the advice that the course has been cancelled has been provided.
• The collection of personal information required to provide the training services to you is subject to our privacy policy which is available online at the Privacy page on this web site.  By submitting your details to Clarkson ITT Pty Limited, you consent to the collection, processing and use of that data for the administration of this course and for future support and marketing purposes related to training services.  Clarkson ITT will not use or disclose this information for any other purpose other than fee processing, without your prior consent.
