Ready Mode

Ready Mode is indicated by the flag 'Ready' appearing in the status bar.  This indicates that n processes, either commands or macros are executing and Excel is ready for to accept user entries, or commands.  [click the link to see a screenshot of the Ready Mode flag]

The screenshot below shows the Ready mode status flag at the left-hand edge of the Status Bar at the bottom of the document window.
